The Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation has institutionalized a system for citizen feedback to develop and implement performance improvement plans in water and sanitation. The outreach program is facilitated by students and staff of the CHM College and has created positive synergies between the citizens and officials of the municipal corporation.
